In 2003, Tom Miller along with Mike Garvin, formed TE Miller Development, LLC. The company is a Minnesota-based owner, manager and developer of premiere multifamily market rate properties, student housing, low income and tax credit housing with their operational, developing, and marketing knowledge. TE Miller specializes in managing and acquiring multifamily properties.
In addition to owning and managing apartment communities, TE Miller Development, LLC owns and manages Executive Office Suites and retail space. TE Miller develops apartment buildings with the goal of being a good neighbor and bringing improvements to the neighborhoods in which they invest. TE Miller also recognizes the need to be eco-friendly and strives to meet this need when developing new apartment communities or retail space.
